The Project

Hilstin worked in partnership with a local developer to produce a high-quality, single-level investment property on the rear of this block. Space, design and outdoor living were essential elements of the brief as we took the project from design, through town planning to construct and completion. Architecturally designed to offer maximum flexibility, the versatile layout can be configured to offer up to four bedrooms and two bathrooms.

This sizeable single-level home features a rear sun-filled master suite opening to a private deck, a second outdoor access bedroom and a fourth bedroom which can double-up as a home-office. Designed to overlook the landscaped gardens at every turn; this state-of-the-art single-level home has a contemporary Bosch kitchen, fully-tiled bathrooms, CaesarStone benchtops and designer lighting. Exceptionally accommodating in its interior design with bags of stand-out features this is single-level living at it’s best.

It was a fantastic experience to go through the process of building our first home with Hilstin. With high recommendations from within the industry, they delivered everything we needed and their attention to detail was excellent.
