The Project
In this knock-down rebuild project, Hilstin created the lifetime dream home of a leading local Master Builder. This spectacular five bedroom, 3.5 bathroom architect-designed property has been expertly crafted to suit every stage of family life. The grand design opens wide beyond a ground-floor guest-suite to offer a fully-wired cinema room and a vast family zone with bi-folds to a state-of-the-art al fresco area. Cleverly laid out to enable the creation of separate parents and children’s wings it provides a great balance of privacy and family entertaining space.
What We Did
Design and Build
Finished to an impeccable standard with AEG and Miele appliances for the timber and Emporite kitchen, this superior home features fully-tiled, frameless-screened bathrooms, CaesarStone benchtops and Kauri floors throughout. But it’s the family-focused “little things” in the design that set this home apart – from large attic storage to a laundry chute, to a fully-tiled solar-heated pool …everything a family could need and more.
