Working in partnership with a local developer, Hilstin were commissioned to design and construct this property which combines the best of contemporary design with family living. Sitting on a typical infill site, we created a cleverly configured functional designed to maximise space and capture natural sunlight. Working through the town-planning process, we constructed a substantial three bedroom plus home-office, 2.5 bathroom property.
