The Project

Hilstin were commissioned to extend and renovate this luxury four bedroom, coastal home. The brief was elegant beachside living with natural contrasts, neutral palettes and Hampton’s styling. The open-plan, spacious architectural design combined with a keen eye for detail and a strong sense of personal style is what sets this house apart. Working tightly with the owners; we created a holiday house that combines relaxed coastal style with functional family living.

What We Did

Design and Build

The wide-open entertaining area downstairs gives the hub of the house a real sense of space with floor to ceiling windows bringing in the natural light. Bi-folds lead out to expansive decked areas bringing out the indoor/outdoor living design of this stunning property. The backdrop of neutral tones, pale timber flooring, shutters and minimalist details throughout the house adds to the feeling of relaxation and luxury. Outside the slate roof and sandstone exterior make this Hampton-style beach house transformation complete.
